Non- Payment Evictions

The eviction notice due to nonpayment of rent is served when monthly rent has not been paid as agreed upon.  The tenant will need to either pay the amount due or move out of the property.

Holdover/ Notice of Termination

A holdover eviction, also known as Notice of Termination, is brought by the landlord for a reason other than payment.  In this situation, landlords are looking for the right to retake the possession of the property.
